That is the gift of this energy. So we will get crystal clear and become realistic about what's yours to carry and care for vs. what can be put to rest, delegated, or shared. No more holding on to what is not yours; that goes for chores, emotions, guilt trips, and even weird feelings! Because we love to add to our plate; we think a sense of empowerment or stability will come with it, but in reality, it's the opposite, a sense of overwhelmingness and frustration, even sadness, arrives. So get crystal clear on what is yours and what is not, and open up to let go, for your hands are full of things that are not even yours. And with full hands, you can not receive what you had asked for. This is your miracle.
