      When you sense danger — real or imagined — the body kicks into high gear, your mind moves into the future for protection, and high adrenaline = stress. And even though this is true for dangerous moments, most of our stress comes from us wanting life to move the way we want it to move, receive what we think it's best for us, and create things the way we think they should be. To shift your vibration and get you out of this never-ending-loop, you must find surrender. Yes, surrender to the fact that everything eventually connects, for you are always being guided and protected. Surrender to the fact that you don't have to control but instead let go, so you can receive what you asked for or something better — for no matter what, you will always arrive at the most beautiful place, whether you resist one day or five years, spirit has no rush! So let's not wait five years for you to surrender to your Soul's plans and start to trust the same creator that created the moon and the stars!
