6 Sad

Feeling sad, blue, or a little heart broken...let's heal.

It's perfectly OK to feel sad. We are human— like all emotions — are just a natural part of life. But it doesn't feel good to stay sad...nor we have too. Let's do a few things to ease a sad mood, to find peace, understand our lessons and honor our journey. Your only job to breathe love in and love out. Love for the simple things, for nature, for your family, for your pets, for anything you feel grateful and blessed for. This will heal you in no time, only love can heal the heart.

Below you will find quick hacks to get you moving. Read, search, play - - take what you need! The important thing is that you allow yourself to shift, even if it is a teeny-weeny shift in perspective, in your thinking, in your feeling. Shifts are subtle ways to seeing things from a different perspective, acquire some self-love, self-compassion, and harness the strength to keep on going. That is why they say that the tinnies shift of them all can actually move mountains. So before we go any further ...stop, take a deep breath, be present with yourself.

- 30 DAYS TO YOU -

Learn. Dive deep.

30 days from now, you'll be feeling better about yourself and only by doing 1 thing you love the most every day. Be kind to yourself and others, allow time to heal. There's no specific requirement, do it whenever it feels right. Doing something good for you provides release and lightness, this is what we like to call, love in-love out.

Try this meditation. Have 3 minutes of spare?

When you show your body to relax and your mind to open up, after 40 days it becomes a habit. Can you teach your body toact not to react?

3 simple moves that will change your relationships. Self-care = self-love and that goes for your mind, body, and soul. By taking the time to sit and meditateand focus on building positive feelings toward yourself, you will have a far more joyful experience for yourself and everyone you connect with. In coming to love yourself, you actually receive greater amounts of love from everyone around you.

This meditation is a strong practice to open your heart and create a greater flow of love in and out of your heart. It is said that the seat of the soul is the heart and when the heart is open, the soul can travel freely. This meditation opens the heart to love and connects you in a deeper way to your true essence. When these primal sounds are repeated over time as a practice, we are in effect opening, expanding, and directing the energetic flow of our hearts.
