"I absolutely loved this experience! I always do better relaxing with music so I pulled up YouTube and put on a frequency sound and laid back. I did set a timer for 35 min and let myself drift away. I went in with an open mind knowing I could have any kind of experience. I had some physical indicators that were so cool and I loved getting the report after.
