You can't go into a room and have the light switch on and off at the same time. It's either on or off. Same with fear, you are either in love (gratitude) or anxiety. Fear is the absence of love. Choose LOVE, leave no room for doubt.

Fear is a feeling induced by perceived danger or threat that occurs in certain types of organisms, which causes a change in metabolic and, ultimately, a change in behavior. But fear is a choice, and it is a product of the thoughts you create. Do not misunderstand me, the danger is real, but fear is a choice. And if we all have the opportunity to choose our thoughts, can we trust something bigger than us? Can you choose faith instead of fear or love? When we believe the Universe, the impossible becomes possible.Fear is just the absence of love.
Why is fear the absence of love? Because love and fear can not coexist in the same space at the same time. Its a choice of one or the other. If you choose fear you are stressed, you are anxious you are sad and contract. But if you want to love, which means choosing gratitude for what you have and where you are. Trust that you know you are always taken care of, and certainty that whatever happens will be for your highest good, then there is no time nor space for fear. That is why fear, fears love because it knows the moment you choose to love, fear loses.
Warning; here is where we go deep, where your fears don't have a say. No one is responsible for your emotional reactions, but you. Others can say and do anything they like, but what happens inside of you is only the result of what you are thinking and feeling.
