Why did I chose to work with Essential Oils?
A few years back, I learned that my nervous system was wired utterly, and completely different from what my mind and intentions were working towards. I was carrying trauma written all over my cellular composition, so deep it had never come up to the surface. I had no idea my cells were working at a completely different vibration than what my conscious or my mind was telling me.
It felt like I was hosting a team in my house, thinking we all had a common goal, but in reality, everyone was working towards a different direction — towards a different goal #mashpotatoes.
I dug deep, and I learned that the work needed to be done on a cellular level. I needed something that would make a difference and change the way I was wired inside. Everything we experience in our childhood writes our chemical and physical makeup. It is the journal of our internal composition. So a friend suggested essential oils. I wasn't a fan of them, they do smell incredible, but I didn't think they had such profound properties.
I tried different ones until I found the doTERRA supplements and oils that can be ingested. This elevated my practice to a whole new different level. I was able to heal my trauma, re-write my internal makeup, and truly aligned with where I chose my consciousness to be.
I wanted to share this new way of seeing essential oils with everyone!

Testing practices are stringent.
For transparent accountability, doterra created a standard called Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® (CPTG), verified by respected third-party labs. This standard is based on stringent testing throughout the entire process, from the monitoring of soil quality to testing for chemicals and adulterants in every liter of Oil. All of the basics are checked first: sight, smell, taste, and touch. Then the lab rules out any presence of fungus, mold, pesticides, extenders, and any other contaminants. Focus on education.
