PRE/POST Sessions

 💌  BEFORE YOUR SESSIONS
At least 15 mins of stillness will make your spiritual practice practical, and keep you aligned, connected, and in tune with your work! When we surrender to the voice of the heart, everything we do for the rest of the day is met effortlessly.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
A quiet, comfortable space. Headphones, a good internet connection, tea or water, all pets are welcome 🐶😽

WHAT TO WEAR
Whatever your heart desires! Get comfy, like reallyyyy comfy. Soft, cozy comfort clothing. Blankets, beanies, socks, anything that feels good allows you to move, drop in and not distract you.

OFF THE GRID
This is your time—a time to reconnect and remember. So when you come out of this space, you are more precise, stronger, and rooted. Give yourself permission to go off the grid for the duration of your session!

BREATHE
Before a Session, your Soul will know you are about to listen to her, connect, shift, or transition. Sometimes we feel supper nervous before it, breath. Know it is safe to show up. Chance are you will want to cancel or manifest something else to distract you. Remember, all you have to do is show up; everything else, we will surrender to your Soul's path.

 

 💌  AFTER YOUR SESSIONS
Our classes are healing sessions! With a 10 min meditation or a 50 min session, you will walk away with a different vibration. Awakening the relationship with yourself. To pay attention to your shifts, may I recommend a few things...

MASHED POTATOES
Healing means reorganizing. All that we know and what we know. Sometimes after a session or healing meditation, you might feel like your brain feels like mashed potatoes. IT IS NORMAL! And such a good sign! Rest! If you can, take a nap! Please give it up to your Soul to rearrange and integrate.

REST & RELAXATION
Rest after a session, especially if your head feels like mashed potatoes! This means doing nothing, absolutely nothing for a bit!... because doing nothing is also doing something! This will allow your new vibration to touch everything you are and will become.

SOUL FOOD
Eat food that makes you happy! Eat intuitively; what sounds really good? It is not about diets or different eating groups. It is about listening to your body and giving it what it needs. 

WATER, LOTS OF WATER!
Water dear one, drink lots of water, take a shower, or jump in the ocean. It seems like we are just doing human work, but your Soul is doing so much behind the scenes. Our healing continues after each Session, and water allows us to process, release and keep the energy moving, so we can arrive and raise our frequency gracefully and appropriately. Give your body this gift. 

WALK BAREFOOT
For a few minutes or the rest of the day after a Session, try to walk barefoot. If you can on a natural surface like wood, sand, water, earth, grass... Grounding the body and your new energy will make processing much more sweeter and faster :) 

SOUL HOMEWORK
If you have Soul Homework after a Session, know the right time to do it is when it feels right. Do it when you feel excited, committed, and ready for it! It is your time!
