5 Stressed

Feeling stressed, tense, or tight...let's open up to the unknown.

- LET'S CHANGE YOUR FREQUENCY -

Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. It's living in the future. Is not accepting - not knowing what is coming up next. When you sense danger—whether it's real or imagined—the body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “fight-or-flight” reaction or thestress response. Most of the time this "demand" tends to be self-created. The way to release stress is to relax into the unknown, to see what is coming your way like an adventure, and trusting that you are always taken care of. Trust that the most insignificant details connect, that there is always a lesson or a reason and relax into the unknown. Because you might not know, but the universe always does. Can you trust the same creator that created the moon and the stars?

Below you will find quick hacks to get you moving. Read, search, play - - take what you need! The important thing is that you allow yourself to shift, even if it is a teeny-weeny shift in perspective, in your thinking, in your feeling. Shifts are subtle ways to seeing things from a different perspective, acquire some self-love, self-compassion, and harness the strength to keep on going. That is why they say that the tinnies shift of them all can actually move mountains. So before we go any further ...stop, take a deep breath, change your frequency, & carry on!

Have 3 minutes of spare?

When you show your body to relax and your mind to open up, after 40 days it becomes a habit. Can you teach your body to act not to react?

In a few minutes, this simple yet very powerful breathing technique will create a deep sense of well-being and harmony on a physical, mental, and emotional level. It is integrating, grounding, soothing, calming and energizing simultaneously, and balances the right and left hemispheres of your brain. The energy of the nervous system is directly proportional to one's breathing. Your right nostril is your sun nostril (masculine, yang, and warmth). It controls your energy levels, alertness, and activity. Your left nostril is your lunar nostril (feminine, yin, giving, and cool). It controls your emotions.

When we balance both hemispheres of the brain we create balance. When we feel balanced we're open to new adventures, we're cool with not having control of what's next because we feel empowered, grounded and ready to tackle anything that is presented to us - bye-bye not knowing what's next, hello new adventures!
